To communicate and manage timely and accurate information exchange with beneficiaries and the Oak Harbor community in order to educate and inform publics about Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor's healthcare services, technology, staff, accomplishments and contributions to Navy medicine, the fleet and the nation.
