Services:
Noise Examinations:
Audiograms are completed on an annual basis. They can be included within a Flight Physical, PHA or another physical completed through Occupational Medicine.
If they are being completed outside of another physical a SECNAV 5100 is required.
Separation audiograms are completed during the member’s separation physical.
Annual and Separation audiograms can be completed at any time during the day
Follow-up audiograms will only be completed in the afternoon hours as they require the member to be 14 hours noise free.
