Diabetes Support

Scope Of Care:

The Diabetes Clinic is managed by the Internal Medicine Department. Our goal is to educate our patients on diabetes, its complications, and enable them to control this disease. Our diabetes team is consists of a physician, specialized nurse diabetic educator, dietician, and case manager. Four (4) 2-hour classes are offered twice per year that provide a comprehensive overview of diabetes self-management.
