Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP)

Scope Of Care:

SARP is the point of service for all active duty service members in the NAS Whidbey Island area. We perform substance use clinical screenings for potential alcohol and drug problems among all active duty service members at all host and tenant commands aboard this station. SARP also provides education, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Relapsed Prevention, Continuing Care, individual treatment plans, etc. We perform educational support for commands and work closely with Command Drug and Alcohol Program Administrators (DAPA’s) to provide care. Our facility offers the following substance abuse services:

  • Individualized Treatment Plans
  • Level 0.5: Education / Early Intervention
  • Level 1: Outpatient Treatment
  • Level 2: Intensive Outpatient Treatment
  • Level 3: Residential care coordinated with outside facilities
  • Continuing Care
  • Individual & Group Counseling

Location:

Located on the west wing of the 2nd Deck, Building 2527 (Mt. Olympus). This is the large white building directly across the parking log from the Dental entrance.
